Tehachapi Cement has an internal recruitment department. At times, Tehachapi Cement may require assistance from temporary staffing agencies on a contract or direct hire basis. Agencies are hereby specifically directed NOT to contact any Tehachapi Cement employees directly in an attempt to present candidates. Tehachapi Cement Human Resources must present ALL candidates to hiring managers.
To protect the interest of both parties, Tehachapi Cement will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than candidates directly. Unsolicited resumes sent by an agency directly to any Tehachapi Cement employee, fax machine, or email address will be considered Tehachapi Cement property. Tehachapi Cement will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume and any agency that submits an unsolicited resume will be considered referred by the agency and free of any charges or fees to Tehachapi Cement.
An agency must receive written approval from Tehachapi Cement’s Recruitment Department to submit resumes and only in conjunction with a valid, fully executed contract for service and include the specific requisition number. Tehachapi Cement will not pay a fee to any agency that does not have an executed agreement in place.
Valid agreements will be signed by the Human Resources Corporate Manager and/or CEO only. No other Tehachapi Cement employee is authorized to approve any agreement regarding the placement of candidates by agencies.
